Have you downloaded something from the internet lately?

I think that it is a virus program, trying to launch, but cannot do so, coz of your anti-virus protection.

This sends crazy messages and prompts, to go to recovery state. The result is that, while the virus is able to do nothing, your computer issues prompts to the user, and then returns to earlier program state when nothing launches..

you can get rid of the startup of this application either by the startup tab on your windows menu, or using run from the start menu and typing msconfig from this you can check what is starting up when you turn on your pc, and uncheck what you don;t need.

use a registry cleaner and a mailware detector like prevx to get rid of apps you didn't want and reduce slow startup
I tried to do a search for any info regarding this to no avail. What I would suggest doing is disabling any program(s) from running on boot that aren't necessary to see if that stops the error

Start%26gt;Run%26gt;type in MSCONFIG%26gt;go to the startup tab and there you will see the list of programs that run when you turn on your pc

Here are some links that will help in identifying what programs you should uncheck
