Does it hurt the computer if you have two types of adware and spyware programs?

i have widows defender,but i want to get an anti-virus that has for anti-virus, spyware, adware, and e-mail protection. i want to know if it is good to have two different types of adware programs

No, it doesn't hurt to have more than one antispyware program. While it may cause problems to run two antivirus or firewall programs, you can run as many antispyware programs. I use a combination of Windows Defender, Ad-aware, Spybot Search %26 Destroy, and I run Norton Internet Security which also has anti-spyware.

no, keep em updated and run often. two anti-virus programs are ok too as long as they dont scan at the same time, although would look for those that dont require a lot of power. nortons,mcafee and windows defender are power hogs.
no it will not hurt, but why? i would get rid of one, and adaware se whichc can be downloaded free works fine
It will not hurt the computer at all. I use McAfee along with spybot, adaware, and spyware blaster. That combination have protected me for years.
No,it only slow your computer down,but sometime you need two or more,as no an anti spyware can detect all spywares.
